| Victor Manuel Alcazar Garza rund through a strawberry field at the Tidwell Berry Farm Thursday morning. The Tidwells bring workers from Mexico under the H2A visa because there is not enough available local labor to pick the strawberries during the season without their help. Mr. Garza came in the first group of workers at the Tidwell Berry Farm under the visa six years ago and has worked for the Tidwells during strawberry season ever since. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
